Trivia Night Fundraiser
November 4 @ 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
All families are encouraged to attend and support Trivia Night, which helps raise funds to send all fifth grade students to a week-long, leadership development experience at Camp Wyman in the spring.
This year’s event takes place on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at the IBEW Hall (5850 Elizabeth Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110).
Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Questions start at 7:00 p.m.
This year’s event will celebrate the 1970s. Get out your best disco gear, polyester, and bell bottoms. A prize will be awarded for the team with the best table decorations.
Bring your own food, and beverages will be available for sale. Please do not bring outside beverages.
Registration is now open! Complete and turn in the 2017 Trivia Night Registration Form. Send this registration form and payment to school with your child in an envelope marked “KENNARD PTO: Trivia Night”. The cost is $160 per table (up to 8 players), with an early bird discount for registrations submitted before September 30, 2017. Please contact Celia Watson with any registration questions.

We need support from all fifth grade families to make this event a success.
Sign-up online for any of these roles:
- Monday, October 30 — Assemble baskets for the Silent Auction
- Friday, November 3 — Set-up for the event and decorate the IBEW Hall
- Saturday, November 4 — All hands on deck to manage the event and clean-up afterward
We also need a volunteer with graphic design or advanced Word Processing skills who can help produce our program, which includes a list of all silent auction items, sponsorship logos, and more. This person would be working on the program from now until the event, with a heavy push expected October 27-November 3. Please contact Grace Kivindyo or Blythe Burkhardt if you can volunteer in this capacity.
Concordia Turners (6432 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116) is offering supervised care for children ages 6 and up. Snacks will be provided. Drop off your child(ren) at 6:00 p.m. Pick up by 11:00 p.m. Cost is $20 for the first child, $15 per sibling.
You must complete the Child Health Information Form and turn it in when you drop off your child. The form is available online for your convenience.
