Help Make Trivia Night a Big Success
 

KENNARD’s annual Trivia Night will take place on Saturday, November 4. All proceeds from this event will be used to help fund participation for ALL fifth graders at a week-long leadership experience at Camp Wyman in the spring.

Each year the fifth grade parents organize the trivia night, but we need the support of the entire school to make the event a success!

How you can help:

REGISTER A TABLE
Reserve your table now or recruit your friends or family to get a table of their own! It’s $160/table for a table of 8 ($20 per person). Send the Trivia Night Registration Form with your payment in an envelope marked “TRIVIA NIGHT” to school with your student. Make checks (checks payable to “KCJA PTO.” Questions? SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS
Donate gift cards, professional services, or other items for our silent auction. Reach out to your network of family and friends to request items for the auction. Donations can be small or large and are tax deductible! Contact Grace Kivindyo or Blythe Burkhardt for a copy of our solicitation letter that describes the event and provides our tax exempt information.

CLASSROOM BASKETS
Each classroom from Pre-K through Fourth Grade has been assigned a theme basket that will be featured in the Silent Auction. Donate an item to your child’s classroom basket. You may also donate to another classroom’s basket. Check out all the Trivia Night Classroom Baskets!

SPONSOR THE EVENT
A sponsorship is a great (and tax-deductible) way to promote your business or cause! Sponsorships start at just $100! Sponsors will be recognized in our program and on signage during the event. Contact Grace Kivindyo for details.

DONATE A BOTTLE OF WINE
Donate a bottle of wine (valued at $10.00 or up) to be given away in our “Wine Bingo” game. Contact Grace Kivindyo or Blythe Burkhardt to donate.


CHILDCARE NOW AVAILABLE!

Concordia Turners (6432 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116) is offering supervised care for children ages 6 and up. Snacks will be provided. Drop off your child(ren) at 6:00 p.m. Pick up by 11:00 p.m. Cost is $20 for the first child, $15 per sibling.
